Job Description Our Advisory Services practice provides comprehensive financial, technical, economic and strategic advice to companies with complex business problems. Within Advisory, the Forensic Technology Solutions ("FTS") practice has deep experience providing data analysis, computer forensics, and electronic discovery services to many law firms and corporate clients facing complex litigation, disputes, regulatory or other issues. PwC has undertaken significant forensic analysis efforts related to many of the most prominent investigations in recent history. The FTS practice works in concert with accountants and finance professionals to provide unique approaches to complex business dispute and investigative matters. Honed by years of experience, we combine data analysis techniques, proprietary information skills, information management principles, and our understanding of the unusual environment created by investigative and dispute matters to help our clients make informed decisions. Our experienced professionals obtain and analyze detail data to help our clients find what they are looking for or confirm it does not exist. Our services are tailored to time-sensitive business or legal environments and encompass: - In-house and audit committee investigations - Preparation for potential future disputes (e.g., technology risk assessments, ESI readiness) - Class action settlements - Regulatory investigations - Litigation support for counsel or expert witnesses - Arbitrations or special proceedings |

Job Requirements Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience, as well as have skills/experience in the following areas:
- Experience in managing and utilizing eDiscovery tools
- Experience in performing Forensics analysis
- Client proposal development and client presentation delivery skills
- Analyzing client issues and developing distinctive solutions
- Ensuring superb technical quality and timeliness of client deliverables
- Developing findings for client concerns and providing recommendations on ways to improve performance
- Experience working with large, multi-phased engagements
- Developing and fostering client relationships at all levels
- Support the driving of new business through sales of new and/or add-on work on client engagements
- Creative problem-solving ability and a consulting mindset
- Specific Forensic Technology expertise desired
